Work Profile:

  • The senior most therapy dog of the Animal Angels team

  • In-house therapy dog at  Jidda School for Mentally retarded children, Thane,  since the past three and half years.

  •  Worked as a therapy dog to provides TLC to families of the victims of 7/11 train blast victims.

  • Winner of Delta Society's Beyond Limit Award 2007

Kutty a loveable female Labrador who is the pet of Mrs. Shyamashree Bhosle, the principal of Kidd school.  The senior most therapy dog of the Animal Angels team, she is now five years old.

She was trained to be an in house therapy dog for the mentally disabled children of Jidda school by Minal since she was a puppy. Kutty and Minal are registered as Pet Partners with Delta Society. They recently won the prestigious Beyond Limit Award for AAT practicing professional for the year 2007.

She was adopted by Mrs. Shamashree Bhosle, the principal of Anand Dighe Jidda school. She comes to the school every day with Mrs. Bhosle, interacts with the children in the school and goes back home to the Bhosle family. A the loving  member of the Bhosle family, Kutty has proved to be a wonderful companion to her family members too. Says Mrs. Bhosle, " When I was asked to take complete bed rest for my heart trouble, it was Kutty who never left the side of my bed and helped me recover "
